I would like to be able to change the colors and order them as best I like, with color grades that I prefere and use them for

You have to be able to use each color for your personal different food categories (I use the colors also to differentiate Gluten-Free-food from Gluten-Food but I want to choise my prefered color grade and assign it to a my personal food categories).
In summary, I would like a basic layout that will propose the color range of
the rainbow with different color grades for each color (Red, Orange,
Yellow, Green, Blue, Blue, Purple, Lilac and their gradiations), but any color can still be
customized and assigned to a food categories as I like.
